Please read the information below. Booking is not possible through this website. If you are interested in private lessons please contact me by phone or email. 1. Lesson location Lessons take place either face to face at a specified location or online via Zoom. If the lessons take place online I will email you a recurring Zoom meeting link before the first lesson. You will always use the same link to log in to the Zoom meeting. 2. Schedule Lessons take place weekly on the specified day and time which we arrange. There are no lessons in school holidays or on any dates which we agree to skip, this means the schedule can remain flexible for both parties. The course can be terminated by either party at any time. 3. Cancelations If you have to cancel a lesson please inform me as early as possible. In the unlikely event that I have to cancel a lesson I will do my best to inform you as early as possible. Any other issues regarding cancelations, lateness and payments will be dealt with on an individual basis. My contact details are below. 4. Invoice/payment/cost I will email you an invoice at the end of every month. This means you only ever pay for lessons which have already taken place. Please make the money transfers promptly, my bank details are on the invoice. The lessons cost 40€ per hour (subject to review). 5. Teaching material In face to face lessons, I will bring all necessary teaching materials to each lesson. In online lessons, teaching material will be shared online during the lesson and the student will work with the materials which are presented on the screen. In some cases I may provide a pack of paper worksheets for the student to work on during the lessons. In individual cases I may share extra material by email or via a link to a Google Drive folder. 6. Homework I will issue homework at the end of each lesson, the homework is purely optional but I strongly suggest doing it. To hand homework in you have three options - either hand it to me in person, email me a written text, or send me a picture via email or phone (WhatsApp). I will mark any homework I receive as quickly as possible and return it via one of the above channels. 7. Progress/feedback/information For feedback on the lessons, discussions about progress or information about ability level, either talk to me during a lesson or contact me to arrange a meeting. I can also offer information about examinations and qualifications.
